My mid-May plea for a miracle did not fall on deaf ears. My daughter's wedding shower was June 11, and Sunburst moved heaven and earth (literally) to make sure our home had a beautiful patio in place despite the record setting rain fall. With 24 hours to spare, the friendly and reliable team not only delivered as promised, but the gifted us new sod for the edges because they wanted to make sure it was perfect for our big day! Fantastic five star experience with Sunburst. The quality of the work is impeccable - extremely happy and satisfied. From the beginning working with B Janjic to get estimates for the patio/wood burning fireplace and deck project-- to the construction and final project review working with B and Adam. Work started promptly and was completed on time. We are looking forward to many years enjoying our new yard! Thank you Sunburst for a perfect experience!
Sunburst did great job in building new deck. Their workman ship is great. Especially the sales person B Janic is very responsive and got my Deck built in time.
I would like to revise my initial review of Sunburst construction. After having some customer service issues and not being at all satisfied in our dealings with them I can say that I do not feel this is the norm for this company or how they try and conduct business. While I do still feel Mr. Janjic could definitely use some work on his customer service skills the owners and managers made every effort to resolve our issues and see that we changed our opinion of their company and how they operated. I was contacted several times by them in which we had very positive conversations and have no doubt if we decide to build our deck with them they will go through every effort to make sure we are a hundred percent satisfied at the completion of our project.
